Home to the highest point in the state of Wisconsin, Timm's Hill County Park is a small, wooded park with two small lakes. There are a handful of hiking trails, which become cross-country ski and snowshoe trails in the winter. Bass Lake offers a fishing pier and a swimming beach. This is a great spot for a family picnic, with a large shelter, grills, and a playground. No camping is allowed in the park, but there are plenty of opportunities in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest not far from here.
